Being Toxic Free
My name is Lisa, I am a working mother with two beautiful girls and the owner of a Hair and Beauty Business. This is where my passion for Holistic therapy’s and natural hair and skincare began. In recent years I have become increasingly mindful about the contents of many of the high street products that we use today, but this has not always been the case. Like many people do and being a young mother, I used to reach for the most available and affordable products on the market, unknowingly exacerbating my eldest daughters eczema and exposing my family to unnecessary chemicals along the way. As my awareness grew, I naturally began to question the quality and the ethics of the brands we used within our business’ and of those I used at home.
This has taken me on a journey of discovery, opening up my mind to all things from caring for the skin to mind health. My aim now is to raise awareness on a larger scale and try to share all the things I learn along the way, with as many people as I can, with a little help from my friends. xx
