Completed from start to finish with help from Brothers for carpentry, Lewes Roofing Services Ltd and Plumbing by MDB.
Work included all insulation, tacking and plastering. Along with moving a roof light and building a cupboard to accommodate the boiler. Swipe to see before & after photos.

A recent project removing an old patio which wasn’t fit for purpose anymore due to water laying and flooding the area. Once removed we installed new drainage to ensure the water runs off correctly and relayed a new ‘crazy paving’ patio with added Scottish cobbles to finish it off. Now for the ☀️ to keep shining! ‘Before & during’ one of our recent projects which involved completing two extensions from start to finish, including footings, plastering and everything in between.

A little before & after of a porcelain paved patio area we created for a client who was after a space to house a BBQ and pizza oven 🙏🏻☀️🍕🍗🍺

Large sliders fitted this week - all ready for when the ☀️ decides to come back 🥶
We also extended the brickwork and repaired a damp problem under the existing opening

Project 3️⃣ our third & final project from the last few weeks. A simple reskim to freshen up this dining room just in time for spring

Project 2️⃣ extending a patio area for some outdoor furniture this summer 😎 This included ripping out all old foliage, digging a new footing for retaining wall with new brick pavers laid. A nice outdoor project to get us in the mood for spring ☀️ if it ever decides to turn up 🙄🙏🏻

Project 1️⃣ replacing an old utility room that was pretty much rotten 🏚 ➡️🏠 to create a well insulated timber frame room.

This job involved taking down the existing extension to dig new footings and lay a new floor. We created the timber frame walls which were plastered and then cladded externally. As well as adding a felt roof which included the deck, insulation along with new fascias and guttering.
All kitted out with kitchen units, sink, rads and new electrics thanks to Dean @ MDB Plumbing & Heating and

Finishing touches to our recent thatched cottage project just before Christmas. Top work from Lewes Roofing Services Ltd as always 👍🏻 who removed existing tiles, rebattoned and retiled this Sussex peg tile roof with new lead flashings to the chimney. Swipe ➡️ for during and before 🤢 pics

Finished with a newly tarmacked driveway which included building a sleeper wall and step up into the backyard as well as a smaller wall to section off an area which was infilled with blue slate to tie in with the patio 🙌🏼

Mid project update where we are revamping the exterior of a thatched cottage.

We excavated the entire front area to make room for new electrical mains, removed existing porch and doorway replacing it with a custom made window, completed with a slate patio and flint wall to finish 🤩 swipe ➡️ for before & during.

How it’s going ➡️ how it started.
Making great progress on one of our current projects which involved removing the existing conservatory to build a new single storey extension. The use of roof lights, bifold doors and a set of sliding doors has created such a lovely bright and open space, perfect for our customers new kitchen / dining area and the addition of a play room and utility room!
Now to kick on with the patio area which we’ll share very soon 👀
