Itโs used by everyone from athletes to U.S. Navy SEALs, police officers, and nurses.
Want to give it a try?
Do this:
1๏ธโฃ Sitting upright, slowly exhale through your mouth, getting all the oxygen out of your lungs. Focus on this intention and be conscious of what youโre doing.
2๏ธโฃ Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose to the count of four. In this step, count to four very slowly in your head.
Feel the air fill your lungs, one section at a time, until your lungs are completely full and the air moves into your abdomen.
3๏ธโฃ Hold your breath for another slow count of four.
4๏ธโฃ Exhale through your mouth for the same slow count of four, expelling the air from your lungs and abdomen.
Be conscious of the feeling of the air leaving your lungs.
5๏ธโฃ Hold your breath for the same slow count of four before repeating this process.

WORKOUT WEDNESDAY - ๐ KB BLAST
Give this simple, short, sharp, but effective whole body workout a go today.
All you need is a pair of kettlebells (donโt have kettlebells - you can sub them for some fixed dumbbells instead)
All you need is ๐ mins to get it done.
HERE IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU DO:
Min 1 - Perform 10 KB cleans (like in the video)
Min 2 - Perform 10 KB front squats
Keep alternating a set of each Every Minute On the Minute (aka EMOM) for ๐ mins
So youโll do 5 sets of each exercise
Your rest between sets is whatever time is left in the minute (I.e. if it takes 25 sec to do the set you have 35 sec left to rest before doing the next set)

All while using minimal equipment and mostly focusing on moving your own bodyweight. Thatโs why we call it a FUNCTIONAL PUMP workout
Set a timer for 20 mins. Work through A1-4 as quickly as possible. After A4 give yourself 60s rest and then go again.

Itโs not even necessarily the first child. Sometimes itโs the second or third. This is multi factorial by the way. There are many components to this. Regardless of the underlying cause, I will say that having kids makes everything in life tougher!
Think about this, you now have another human to take care of. Itโs stressful. Making sure they are fed while youโre sleep deprived and irritable. Anyway, I could go into depths of why it becomes tougher, but if youโre a parent youโll understand.
