We had a great Friday! Teaching at ❤️ Holistic Therapies Training Academy - Karen Ashton

I was teaching Reflexology 👣 to an awesome Student 🥰

We used some beautifully blended aromatherapy oils specifically to promote balance in the mind, body or spirit created by the student 🥰

Aaannndd I had a mini treatment 😍 very lucky 🍀

To all of the therapists who wish to add Dry needling to their offerings 💙

I love dry needling as a treatment, I use it to help my migraines and see the difference when I don’t go regularly! It is great 😊
