A little bit about me..

I qualified as a massage therapist in 2017 where I trained at the Sheffield Centre for Massage Training. I hold the Massage Training Institute certificate in Level 4 in Holistic and Remedial Massage Therapy.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists where I am required to carry out CPD throughout the year. This ensures I am up to date with the best evidence based practice and deliver the most up to date treatment.

Massage is carried out for the treatment of body stress and injury. I use Grapeseed and pre blended oils to avoid any friction between my hands and arms and your skin. I carry out the massage on a table which I bring to your home. I ensure a relaxing environment and you can listen to music or not, it is your preference as it is your massage.

I carry out an assessment of your needs by asking you questions and we will agree together what massage you will receive that day. I do not charge per area treated in order to ensure you receive the most appropriate massage for your needs that day.

I use a variety of massage and deep tissue techniques in order to:

⭐️ Reduce stress and aid relaxation

⭐️ Reduce pain, muscle soreness and tension.

⭐️ Improve circulation

⭐️ Lower heart rate and blood pressure.

From April 3rd I will be working Thursdays and Fridays from 10am to 5pm… carrying out holistic massage and skin care treatments 🥰

All appointments are 1 hour and mobile at your home or a place agreed with me..

- reduce the risks of sunburn

- reduce the risk of skin cancer

- prevent the signs of ageing.

- prevent skin discolouration and pigmentation

- reduce inflammation.

To reset your skin and start the process of healing.. you can book a skin consultation with me where you will receive a skin analysis, product advice and a bespoke facial. I will also go through recommended treatments.

Anyone who knows me, knows I advise a daily SPF on top of your moisturiser and underneath your make up… regardless of the weather or the time of year to…

- Protect against the harmful effects of the sun.
- Protect against harmful effects of blue light from using devises.
- Reduce the risk of skin cancer

Luckily, I know a wonderful product called Life Defence.. it is SPF 30 and I wear every day.. I even use it on my children. It’s lightweight formula sinks into your skin so you forget you even have it on but you are protected.

This client wanted to see a difference in her lip enhancement so I used a thicker product by cannula and then needle to add volume and accentuate her shape.. I can’t wait to see how these look once they have settled.. 🤩 👄👄
