Drilling wooden cookies in forest school club & fairy houses from year 6 forest school!

In Reception, we have been making symmetrical butterflies to support our learning about mini-beasts

We have been making minibeasts with playdough. In Reception one child made this amazing caterpiller!

PTFA ice cream/tuck shop after school Friday!

A huge thank you to everyone that came to our summer fair today. It was a great success! It couldn’t have happened without our amazing PTFA, Governors & staff..you are all amazing! Same again next year??

Tomorrow from 11-3!!
The sun will be shining on our first ever summer fair raising much needed funds for our school. We can’t wait to see everyone from our wonderful community get together for a lovely event.

These children have great attendance and joined our Headteacher for hot chocolate Friday!

What a great way to end our week with our celebration assembly. Reception came to their first assembly too!

Did we mention that these gorgeous lambs will be coming to our summer fair tomorrow! See you there from 11am!

Saturday 8th June 11-3pm
Free entry for everyone!
Rides, food, drinks inc PIMMs tent, arena with dance & musical talent, raffle, tombola, fire engine & even the Mayor of Brighton to open the event!
Come along with a picnic blanket to help us raise much needed funds for our school including new lighting for our stage so our children can continue to enjoy putting on shows.
Let’s bring our wonderful Woodingdean community together ❤️ oh and did we mention the lambs?!

Here are some pics of children from year 4 who took part in the racket festival yesterday at Withdean. They got to try mini tennis, table tennis and squash!

Last half term in Reception we planted sunflowers and watched them grow. This member of Reception took hers home to plant in her garden!
