Good luck to Harry Hillier-Rees on possibly his last Enduro before he concentrates on spending more time on his Kove 450 Rally Kove Uk .

This weeks job is removing the front tower assembly off a ktm790 and fitting an Enduro type light to it.
There's a lot of wiring that needs to fit behind the light mask. So construction time.

Just wanted to say well done Harry Hillier-Rees for winning the second day and the overall at Sweet lamb rally this weekend. A very convincing win it was nearly two minutes faster than the next rider home over the two days .
The Kove 450 Rally Kove Uk was faultless and the tower assembly held up just fine.
What's he going to get up to next on this versatile bike🤔

Day 2 of the Sweet lamb rally. Harry Hillier-Rees is going into it leading after a day one win on his Kove 450 Rally Kove Uk .
The tower conversion to hold the nav equipment is holding out as yesterday was literally the first shakedown of it due to the time constraints in modifying and fitting it .

Well a big final push to get the Kove 450 Rally Kove Uk ready for Harry Hillier-Rees to race on the weekend. A long day in the workshop but it's finished.
Today was finishing off the wiring, making a mount to fit the switchgear , making a mount to hold the pickup for the ico. Then routing everything so it doesn't snag on anything when you go lock to lock on the bars.

Another update on the progress on fitting a rally road book kit to Harry Hillier-Rees kove UK race bike.

Well the last few days I've been working on Harry Hillier-Rees kove UK race bike.
The job at hand is fitting a road book holder to the bike ready for his first rally event this year.
Here are a few pictures of the build so far. I will post more up as I go.

This last few days has been ktm125 sx fork service.
KTM front brake strip and build.
Big of machine work getting the piston to fit in the master cylinder.
And removing the water pump out of a sherco side case.

Out for a quick spin with the supermoto wheels on.

First chance I've had to put an update on here. Last week's job was repairing a broken case on a 450 enduro where a snapped chain had snapped off a lug which holds the case saver on.
Had to cut back part of the case flat again so it could be tapped and then a new lug had to be made . Tricky job because the engine was still in the bike.

Once this one has had more testing it's going to be one hell of a tool.

Had two pictures back of the kove sump guard I made for Harry's KOVE MOTO . Harry Hiller-Rees gave it a great test winning the Valleys lite race. You can see by the gouges it's done it's job.

Well today's job was finishing off a set of Yamaha t7 raid forks.
Fork seals replacement and a good clean out due to the dirty oil(probably been sucking some moisture as the seals wore out).
Apart from the seals everything else was great inside.

Well the sump guard for the kove is completed. Let's see how it holds up over the next few races. I'm sure it will do just fine.

Today's job is making a skid plate for a KOVE MOTO kove450 that's going to be used in its first race this weekend. After having a look over the bike I'm impressed with how this bikes built and what comes on it standard for the money. Well done kove .
