I had a few abricot fruits from the shop today not very good looking so decided to make a jam . Yum 😋

📌A little tip if you make jam , chutney or custard !!!

I’ve put jars and lids in my Varoma to be steamed in the same time …. That will keep my jam last longer .💪

As part of our comprehensive 5-Star Service, every new customer is offered a bespoke Welcome Visit, approximately two weeks after delivery of their Thermomix, tailored to their own specific requirements.

I recap on the functions of the Thermomix and Cookidoo, help them navigate their way around, and answer any questions they may have. We also cook another dish together - a great opportunity to invite guests!

In addition to this Welcome Visit, we offer ongoing help and support, and free local cooking classes, giving our customers complete peace of mind.

As a result, our customers are confident, inspired, excited and encouraged to try out delicious new recipes, plan menus, and use their new purchase to its fullest potential, at no extra cost.

Tonight it was Welcome visit at Karen Gubby . Unfortunately later than in our 2 weeks time but Karen was keeping her thermomix busy from the very first day !!!

Homemade pesto takes 10 sec to make and has so many ways of serving. Serve alongside garlic bread or with a big green salad.
Barbecue season time to start ☀️🙏😂…. What about pasta, fresh mozzarella pearls, juicy tomatoes, and crunchy cucumber dressed in a basil pesto sauce…. Yum!

Here my leftovers pesto on a toasted baguette. Heaven 🙂
