Progressing well with this extension to make the kitchen bigger, add a shower room and home office.

An emergency repair to this party wall that had completely failed. All taken down, re built, lead work and rendered to match existing.

We do maintenance too! Dad has had a great time in the forest with - Fence replacements, handrails, handmade doors, gate repairs. We even managed to save this original internal door that had started to come apart.

A great transformation for this returning customer. We removed the concrete driveway, installed a type 1 base, edged with charcoal paving, built a new pier and finished with a silver granite stone. 😊

Almost doubling the house size with our current project. A double story side extension with a large single story to the rear. Complimented with a 50 sqm patio.

Transforming this home with structural wall removal, extension and conversion of the garage. Creating a lovely open plan kitchen and separate utility.

Builders Apprentice Opportunity

JW Builders and Dad Ltd are seeking an enthusiastic individual to Join our Family business. Being a general construction company the successful candidate will initially learn the basics of construction. In time this will expand to all aspects. Groundwork’s, plastering, roofs and everything in between.

The position generally operates Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:00 with occasional Saturdays.

A driving licence is not essential initially. Basic PPE is also provided.

CIS registration is required but help can be provided with this.

Weekly remuneration initially based on the living wage with increases as skills develop.

Expect an initial interview with some basic questions. Mathematical skills are used daily but common sense is essential.

Huge amount space being created at our current project. Utility, open plan kitchen / entertainment area.

It’s surprising what taking a wall down will do…. A lovely open plan kitchen with adjustments made to plumbing, electrics, kitchen layout and new flooring. All left ready for paint by the customer.

The past few months have been busy extending this kitchen and taking down a external wall. It’s now a lovely space to spend time with the family and entertain friends.

It’s been a busy final quarter for us extending this family home. A few things to finish in the new year and then onto a packed 2022. Some intriguing projects to come. Happy Christmas 🎄 Ryan, Joe & Dad.

It’s been a very busy 6 weeks, foundations to all structural work complete on this project. First fix plumbing and electrics progressing while we tile the roof. Some fencing, tree removal and grading thrown in too 😊👍🏻

Our next project is well underway. We will be building a kitchen & utility extension, landscaping the garden, installing a patio and replacing damaged fencing. 😊

Check out this excellent conversion completed by the team. Rear of garage converted into a new utility area and W.C, existing entrance converted to extend the kitchen, new kitchen installed, new flooring, sandstone patio and a pond to finish. 👍🏻😊🐟

Something a little different, 6 x 9 meter double concrete block wall removed for this customer. Working around their busy warehouse with full RAMS provided.

Love giving homeowners extra kerb appeal. Everything stripped out, new drains, new front wall, handmade gates, crushed granite and block paving.

Great transformation with this project. We removed the old kitchen and utility, knocked through, new ceiling installed, our plumbers replaced the boiler and made adjustments to the existing plumbing, great re-wire from .mayltd and glazing from Wayne at quality windows. Full re plaster, kitchen installed, flooring and paint to finish.

Autumn Gold with Charcoal completes this driveway taking capacity from two to three vehicles. Classic herringbone design and colours to complement the property.

Getting ready for the summer with this lovely ‘Raj’ Indian sandstone patio. Old, rotten and slippery decking removed, base installed and finished with easy joint. 👍🏻
