A recent plant room installed in Patrick Brompton.
A full heating system installed throughout this farm house property. The house was only heated using electric radiators and night storage heaters.
The new owner asked us to install a full heating system with 4 heating zones individually controlled and to ensure all bathrooms had sufficient hot water so we had installed x2 300ltr cylinders with hot water return pumps to keep the bathrooms supplied with hot water at peak times.

Due to continued expansion we have a vacancy available for a plumbing & heating engineer.

Candidates must be qualified to NVQ Level 2/3 and have at least 2 years post qualifying experience.

Gas and oil qualifications preferable.

Candidates must be competent in all plumbing 1st and 2nd fixing and have experience of installing and maintaining various types of heating systems.

Candidates must be competent in all aspects bathroom installations, and able to problem solve independently.
Must also be capable of basic joinery and be willing to carry out other building works as and when needed, an all rounder with a can do attitude.

The position is a permanent full time role to the right person.

Salary is negotiable dependant on qualifications and experience.

A full driving licence.

Candidates must have access to their own basic hand and own power tools, if any larger tools are required you may have access to company tools.

Uniform provided.
Use of a company van for business purposes only.

Oil boiler swap complete today, new Grant Vortex Eco installed with a Mag One filter giving the client an extended warranty.

The existing boiler had lived its days, flue seals had failed resulting in heavy corrosion to the boiler. This had caused the appliance to be functioning unsafely.
