Happy to say that we have been awarded 9.7 out of 10 from Booking.com!

Church View (the biggest and only one we are letting at the moment) now has a lovely kitchen area and separate bedroom, so no worrying that you might not be able to get a table anywhere...
This is room only (like airbnb or renting a holiday cottage) so no servicing is available. Get the keys and enjoy the peace!

You can book through booking.com or directly - ringing direct can give you 10% off published prices. Minimum stay is usually 3 days, closer bookings minimum 2 days. Payment required 2 weeks advance.

We're pleased to say that our self contained apartment is now open! It's light and bright with absolutely amazing views! We love it - hope you will too. Generally only bookable for 3 nights minimum stay at £150 per night (£140 if you book direct and mention this offer!) Cheaper if you want to stay for the whole week!

Hello All
I know some of you have stayed in the annexe of Aysgarth Falls Hotel before. Did you know that those rooms are no longer part of the hotel?
We have plans for next year to make those rooms into smart, self-contained units – they will be lovely!
Until then, we are wondering if anyone would like a very special offer to stay, room only (as in an air bnb – you get the key, and no one comes in until you leave – so no breakfast or room servicing)?
As they are room only, you might want to use one of the local pubs or cafes for breakfast.
Of course, with no breakfast or servicing included, we know you’d like a bargain price (and so would we!)
So - if you ever stayed in Rooms 15 or 16, you’ll know they are lovely with a kind size bed, amazing views, and private patios - instead of costing £125 or £130 per night as before – direct room only costs are Room 15 - £75 and Room 16 - £85 per night. Two nights minimum booking,
We also have two pet friendly rooms - (simple rooms, also king size bed - same deal as above) costing £65 per night – two nights minimum stay. You don’t have to have a pet of course!
