Throughout the week it's been cut, bent, welded; prepared, primed and painted with love by our dedicated team. Another installation complete of this high quality side garden gate and static panel. Today our installation team have been out and completed our final installation of 2023. Check out this stunning Alder style cantilever sliding gate painted in Antricite Grey with composite cladding. We have complimented the gate with a secure parcel drop box and our app enabled video intercom system. If the customer is not home and the intercom button is pushed, the video call will transfer to their smartphone. Another stunning set of manual swing gates leaving the production line and being installed on site. Our client has built his very own private housing estate for him and all his family. He has ordered 6 pairs of theese beautiful hand made gates and an automated sliding gate for the road entrance. This is the first pair installed with 5 more to go. Finished with automotive 2k gloss black spray paint and composite cladding our clients won't be wasting their weekends maintaining the gates. One of our jobs this week nr Rugby. This set of gates looked a bit of a mess as the layers and layers of brushed on paint was peeling and cracking. The underground gate motors had also failed causing the electricity to trip in the house. We removed the gates and took them to our factory in Buckinghamshire. Our installation team have replaced the motors and identified the electrical fault. In the factory the gates have been sandblasted back to bear to remove the old paint. We have then given a 6 coat automotive spray paint finish in matt black. Now the gates have been re fitted the results look stunning and our client is thrilled to have them up and running again. Here are a few snaps from our ongoing snooker room in Aylesbury. Our installation team have been busy finishing the internal works ahead of the client snooker table being delivered this week. Our garden rooms are very versatile and insulated for all year round use. Our customer has promised us a match and we can't wait to take him up on this. He is blown away with our quality of workmanship, I am not sure he will feel quite the same way about of snooker skills 🤔 😉.
