It's time to dust off those trainers and get back to class!

💪🏼 I'm calling out to all my amazing former class participants – I miss you and I want you back in my fitness classes! 🙌🏼

Life gets busy, I get it. But let's face it, nothing beats the feeling of being surrounded by like-minded women, supporting each other. 🌟 Our fitness community is waiting for you with open arms, ready to cheer you on and help you smash your goals!

Whether you've been away for a few weeks, months, or even longer, it's never too late to jump back in. I’ve got some exciting challenges lined up just for you. 🎵🔥

I might be having a break from classes, but I’m still training 5 days a week. As I get older, the fads for being fit for summer are no longer important to me - training for life is way more important.

I don’t want to be skinny and not be able to get up off the floor if I fall because I don’t have the muscle strength.

I want to be able to carry all my shopping bags from the car in one go, because it’s raining and, quite frankly, I need a cuppa ☕️

I want strong, healthy bones that will support me when I hike up mountains, dance around the kitchen and walk by the sea when I’m on holiday.

I’m proud to be training for my old lady body. To get this far in life is a gift 💝 and I’m not going to waste it!
