As a career coach I tend to work a lot with people planning or going through career transitions, such as changing jobs/ employers, transitioning to overseas work or changing careers. I also work a lot with those with a problem of submitting CVs that never make it into the shortlist or interviews that are never successful. What is important to remember is when you hire a career coach, you must be prepared to do some work, take risks, try new things knowing that you have your coach as your cheerleader, who will challenge you, support you and provide you with feedback.
