You would think that it's the least liked of all the kitchen painting processes? But this is not the case at all because it's what gives us such an awesome finish which in turn keeps the work coming in 😁

In our opinion (and we have tried loads), OLFA really are the best knife on the market! They last years, and even if you lose the back end of the 9mm, which I guarantee you will, they still work! Usually, you have to glue them down, or they go walkabout though.

Tips for setting up a dust barrier
When using plastic, cut it to size ahead of time.
Set up the barrier one pole at a time starting at the wall. Leave the plastic loose at the bottom and make sure the spring at the top of the pole is not compressed all the way.

It's a game-changer! Why didn't you find this sooner...

I have recently purchased the MAXVAC 650; dubious at first, but after using it, the results have been excellent. The air quality whilst on site has improved massively, not only for the customer but also for our technicians. Another great benefit is that it does not remove the heat from the room like conventional extractors and ducting, thus improving drying times. Well worth the money. Thank you, SMS! The PSDR™ Series (SD) is an integrated system designed to paint and dry cabinet doors in a vertical orientation with the least amount of effort and space. Parts hang for spraying of all sides in one step. You may be thinking, "it would be cheaper to use a clothes rail and some coat hangers", yes you're right, BUT not only does this pack away perfectly for taking to site, but the way the hangers work and don't twist means you can get the doors much closer together, and get lots more in the same space.

Hang doors by cup-hooks, or use the EFC Hinge Hooks which means no drilling at all (sold separately). The doors then hang on the spinner assembly which allows you to spray both sides of the door before hanging it on the drying rack itself. Heavy-duty metal hangers eliminate the annoying and costly failure of wooden clothes hangers. 18 feet (5.5 meters) of drying line allows tight spacing of 50 drying doors because the custom hanger hook radius matches the drying pole so the parts don’t spin.

The PSDR™ is designed for foolproof assembly in less than 10 minutes without any tools. Taking down is just as easy, with the set including the nylon bags for convenient storage and easy transport to the next job site.

So no more wooden clothes hangers on PVC pipe for spraying or extension ladders between step ladders for drying, the PSDR Series is a must for the commercial painter who values speed and efficiency in their paint process.
