Richard ‘Dickie’ Jones

With a career spanning over 31 years that includes working in 18 countries (and counting) within the print industry Richard or ‘Dickie’ as he is known to his friends and family has built up a wealth of industry knowledge around all things ‘Print Related’.
After completing his Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship at Heidelberg a variety of customer facing roles beckoned within their Print Finishing Division, from Technical Support to Service Management before ending up living in the USA working for the Baumfolder Corporation (A subdivision of Heidelberg)
In 1998 he was also very honoured to receive the award for ‘Heidelberg Employee of the Year’
Some say that it was the lure of his beloved West ham United that bought him back to these shores some claim it was the desire of making it as a Superstar DJ….but back he did come….
5 years in Spandex followed….The Signage & Printing Equipment company not the skin-tight clothing material…although there was one or two night's…
This then led onto a Technical Sales Support Role for a supplier of Xerox Wide Format Print Equipment then onto a
job selling the complete range of Xerox Office Equipment.
With Senior Sales Roles at Danwood, Apogee & Direct-tec to follow, the last 16 years has been spent selling and supporting most of the major brands from Sharp, Xerox, Canon & Konica Minolta to clients from a variety of Industry sectors..
But all that is past....Welcome to the future....Welcome to the Pleasuredome...(I've gone a bit too far there..)
