They also shared some of the results of their recent youth consultation on behalf of all local young people - discussing some of their concerns and what supports they would like to see more of.

Young people of Kintyre! 🌈 πŸ“’πŸ“’πŸ“’

Would you be interested in setting up, leading, or just getting involved with an LGBT+ youth inclusion group? Such a group could provide an open and welcoming space for young people to be themselves without fear of judgement, to explore relevant issues, and to celebrate identity whilst reducing stigma.

If you are 11 to 18, live in Kintyre, and would like to get involved, please register your interest and your local youth worker will be in touch with you soon. You can either follow this link bit.ly/3Gp8sVn or screenshot and scan the QR code in the picture. πŸ˜€

Here are a few of our Campbeltown members working hard yesterday analysing the results of the survey for the report which will be published in the coming days.

The consultation was designed by group members, completed by you, and analysed by other group members to ensure it has been led by local youth voices throughout, and we hope it will provide useful information for supporting local young people in the coming months/years.

If you are a young person who wants to have more of a say and influence over things which affect young people locally in Kintyre and beyond, why not get in touch and come along to one of our meetings or events!? πŸ˜€
