Won tickets in the 2019 ballot and then covid struck. Finally got to use them to see an amazing match and be there on the final Sunday. Wow what a treat and a great way to celebrate graduation. 👨‍🎓 🎾 🎉

Finally back in the office after a week off sick.

The walk down was a bit windy but definitely better than being stuck in bed.

Time to get on with some work but first a brew.

Absolutely shattered but incredibly happy with how the new office looks.

The whole family helped and we have spent all weekend painting. It now looks like a proper office and not a sauna lol.

I finally have my own space. It’s quite emotional actually, first time in a very long time that I have my own space. That I own not rent. That’s just mine and how I want it.

Started my day at , Huddersfield this morning. I was showing everyone how they can access the events and workshops available, they’re not just playing on their phones.

Ending the day giving blood at a local transfusion centre. I am now up to 6 donations. Doesn’t sound much but I know it is more than many.

I started when my mum got sick and needed them alongside chemotherapy as part of her cancer treatment.

I was straight down and dragged my adult kids with me. Least we could do.

Start the year well and find your local donation centre.

Busy in the run up to Xmas making gifts. I had two 💚 to make and a scarf.

Now I’m relaxing and making myself the Blanket. I made two last year for other people. Looking forward to keeping this one for me.

I’ve had to have a forced day spent in bed sick (not covid).

My body says stop so I have to listen, but my brain says you have so much to do!

So only one thing for it: spend the day crocheting gifts.

At least I have accomplished something and I am more relaxed. 🧶

My mental health is just as important as physical health so have rested and looked after both today.

I’ve never put my tree up before December but this year is definitely different.

Ending the year on an amazing positive high it only seemed right to celebrate early.

Plus the window looks amazing with the new blinds by !

Waiting for a plane to Rome for a long weekend break. Seems rude not to have a Bellini whilst I wait.

I know it’s only 7.30am but it’s 5pm somewhere.

Such a beautiful exhibition showcasing Van Gogh’s work.

Truly immersive and mesmerising. Definitely worth a visit if you can go.

Last week we had Andrew from fit amazing to our bay window.

It seems the kids felt they took their life in their hands when sitting below the “artistic dodgy (broken) curtain rail” so it was time for a fix.

The room looks so much bigger, the blinds really are a perfect fit and finally give us some privacy where the other curtains sadly failed.

I would strongly recommend Andy he did an amazing job. We also had the perfect fit style in our bedroom and they look just as impressive. Adam finally had a black out blind in his velux window too.

Thank you again they look stunning.

This is my best friend Cat and her husband Kevin hiking an insane railroad pass.

What is it you’re looking to do and what are you afraid to admit or face that’s stopping you getting what you want.

Really powerful stuff and really helps you understand your own reactions and be more self aware.

Love her books and messaging I just find it resonates so much with how I think and feel myself. Definitely guilty of some of things she talks about, but also proud that I can recognise it and change it.

Did you know that when ask for ‘anyone’ in your presentations you don’t actually give people more options you give them less?

It’s like scrolling Netflix for hours and never choosing something to watch. It creates choice paralysis where no decision usually wins out.

Specific is terrific!

Do you know what your target client looks like?

If the answer is no then how, will you find them or people who can introduce you to them at a networking event?

Understanding your target client helps you focus your attention when networking, speak to the right businesses and talk about the right things.

Don't think about what other's are doing, just focus on your own journey. You got this.
