Couple of little jobs this week tiling around a window and over boarding and plastering a ceiling.

Job from this week for a regular customer who had stripped wall paper which had brought some of the existing plaster of with it. So we have over boarded the ceiling and patched all walls up ready to be plastered to give it a smooth fresh finish for decorating.

Back at a customer house this week after they had stripped wall paper and removed a radiator which took the plaster of with it. All patched up and skimmed ready for them to start decorating.

Little job from today!! Couple had had new doors fit yesterday and a new socket added to wall. So we have been in boarded reveals and patched it all up. Then skimmed whole wall to give it a great look and finish!!

This was a job from last year customer had purchased a house to convert into a holiday let. They started to strip the wall paper off the stair case and it brought all of the original plaster off with it. So it was completely taken back to bare brick and fresh stud walls were put up to move the bathroom to make way for a second bedroom they wished to make. So we came in, freshly boarded and preperared it all to be completely plastered and gave it a modern, fresh look and finish.

Bathroom we tiled last year looking bright and beautiful!!

Job that was completed last year. Kitchen and cellar all patched up and skimmed ready for new kitchen to be fit and decorating for client to move in.

Custom had vestiview removed to create more room in there living room . Ceiling and walls patched and skim fearthered in to give a nice finish ready for paint!!

Nice little job from today tiling where the sink was previously placed.

As I'm sure you can understand, adapting to life after lockdown has been difficult for us all.

Juggling the kids, nursery closures, my partner working time full time, fitting in jobs/quotations whilst trying to follow current guidelines has resulted in me neglecting my page a little!

For this I am sorry to all those who follow me and look forward to seeing the transformations.

Firstly, I hope everyone is well and staying safe?

Although local builders merchants are reopening this week, I have made the decision to remain closed.

Your building work will remain after the crisis, but lives unfortunately will not. Therefore, my main priority is to keep mine, my families and my customers health a priority over profit.

Once government restrictions have been lifted, I will continue trading and be happy to give quotes/get you all booked in.

In an act to show my upmost thanks and appreciation, I will offering 25% off to all NHS staff.

RC Plastering has just completed this full loft conversion for a client.

Images show the transition from bear brickwork to studding, insulating, boarding and skimming. The newly renovated loft also features built in storage cupboards created by RC Plastering.
