Ingredients matter to us. Our formulations are made without SLS, SLES, silicones, parabens, mineral oils and harsh detergents, to leave your skin feeling nourished and hydrated.

We hope Reia becomes more of a conversation than what’s on your bathroom shelf. Did you know together we’ve saved 73 kilos of plastic since we launched? We believe there is power in ritual.

Inspired by sea glass, our Forever Bottle was made to be used and re-used - time and time again. 

Our refill pouches are made from an aluminium and plastic blend, and use 60% less plastic than a standard plastic bottle. When you return them, they are split back into their basic elements to be completely repurposed. 

Every time you refill your Hand or Body Wash with Reia, you avoid 20g of plastic going into circulation, and every time you return your pouch you avoid 33g ending up in landfill. If only 1% of the UK population refilled with Reia, we could save 90,689kg from landfill each year.

Before we down tools to head into the festivities, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the solstice today. The official start of the winter season – a time to retreat, recalibrate and restore.

When designing our Forever Bottle, we thought about the way sea glass is polished and refined by its journey through the ocean. We chose a frosted finish like the effect of glass worn by sand and salt water.

We love the idea that sea glass is recycled by the sea to become something renewed and beautiful.

♻️Have you heard of ‘wish-cycling’? ♻️

Do you find recycling at home confusing or overwhelming?

In which bin does tin foil live? What do we do with the film plastic that gets caught on the edge of the hard plastic? How about our yoghurt pots and bacon trays?

If so, you are not alone.

More often than not, households tend to put these ambiguous goods in their recycling bin in the hope it will be sorted and treated in the correct way.

This is wish-cycling, and despite the best intentions, can diminish the quality of the recycled end-product. Even small amounts of contaminants can ruin an entire batch. Contaminated batches are unable to be processed and re-purposed, resulting in this potentially valuable material being sent to landfill.

The solution? Try and adopt more reusable or refillable products into your everyday goods so you don’t have to rely on the curb-side recycling. And for everything else, the Recycle Now website is a great help in deciphering the different rules and standards in each residential area.
