First batch of sausage rolls for the West Herts charity golf day out of the oven. Mince pies packed, now onto dinner for 12 for Saturday night for a lovely client in St Albans
Today is all about mince pies for a local event on Friday. They’ve ordered mince pies and sausage rolls which are made with love from my kitchen. Limited packaging and food miles making for a more eco friendly option as well

On Sunday I had the absolute privilege to have a stall at the Sandridge10k. It was a glorious day and the organisers did a wonderful job of organising everything. So lovely to meet you all and looking forward to next year

Today is a planning morning and what better way to start than with a healthy breakfast and some delicious
Saturday’s job was a dinner for 14 for a special birthday party. All delivered ready to hear and serve. Harissa lamb with cannellini beans, butternut squash and feta filo tart, roast veg, Moroccan couscous, Turkish pide bread for mail followed by almond and rhubarb tart and chocolate mousse cake.

So… this week we have finally been hit with Covid - it was only a matter of time. Today however I finally got my baking mojo back and having ordered some forced rhubarb which is just so beautiful I had to try something new with it
