Welcome to Pink Designs. I’m Jan Osman, qualified BA (Hon) in Interior Architecture. I have gained an extensive range of creative skills over the years, ranging from architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations and model making, gaining huge experience and knowledge through the design process.
In additional to working with contemporary structures, I have a passion for period buildings, cottages and farmhouses, which are a particular interest to me. Pink Designs can modernise these buildings without sacrificing the character of the old. We look to offer exclusive and sophisticated services by restoring and preserving the best of the old and the grand design.

Pink Design packages are tailored to your desires on space planning and interior design. Our service selection and packages gives you flexibility to do as little or as much as you like from small renovation to a luxury refurbishment.

Consultation and Concept Brief
Pink Designs acquire a design brief; we work with you to capture the vision of your upcoming home. Services at this phase include a clear design concept, furniture layout, outline budget and schedule of works. The details of the brief include technical drawings, specification of furniture and finishes, design and estimation made to measure items and bespoke. You will also receive a full specification and transparent budget.

Sourcing
We aim to source the best furniture and fittings that suits your financial plan. We then progress to placing and managing the orders with suppliers and supervise bespoke items (e.g. joinery, furniture, wardrobes).
