“This we want to tell you a little bit about how we are working to . In light of the findings from our collaborative Menstrual Hygiene Management Project with Irise, our Programme Officer Nelly, is going to be working with the county Department of Education to facilitate Menstrual Health Management Training.

By educating boys and girls in Menstrual Health through systematic change we are helping to breakdown taboos and enabling girls to safely manage their periods. Ultimately, this keeps them in school, aiding them to reach their full potential.

So we have been a tad quiet since finding out that our trip to Tanzania had been post-poned to August 2022.

However, we have some amazing news!!!
Many of you will have been keeping your eyes on the changing international travel restrictions, and since Monday 11th October, Tanzania was taken off the UK travel red list!

We can’t wait to crack on with group fundraising events that will be happening beginning of next year, so keep your eyes peeled.

For now we will be posting about any social meet ups we have and individual fundraising events that the kilimanscousers will be taking part in, so please keep your eyes peeled and support us anyway you can!
