I know I will definitely be writing a new script in 2022 . Starting with looking after and prioritising my health. With the skin being the largest organ, this will be one of the top priorities for me. A daily skincare routine, morning and night will help me to preserve my youthful appearance, reduce potential wrinkles, tighten up the elasticity and also allow me some mindful time to relax and take care of me.

2021 has been a massive personal challenge for me - I think I crammed 10 years of drama into the last 12 months so I am looking forward to enjoying more self care, self love with the help of Tropic. Am regretting my rash decision to have flu & Covid booster on the same day. My M.E. has flared and I spent the day aching in pain.
