I've officially graduated with the Biomancy Diploma now! Gosh, what a deep transformation my life has undertaken - I'm about to make the biggest yet step into fulfilling my destiny to leave my legacy on this Earth. It's all in full flux and non-stoppable 🔥✨️

Medicinal Herbs made into remedies, herb salt, creams, tinctures ... 🌹

Grateful for the harvest in my garden, the herbs and also all the vegetables and food I harvest every day 🙏

My favourite is St. John's Wort, whose petals are dried for bringing forth the summer light as a delicious tea in the dark winter months ☀️

Another success this year, my calendula creams & salve. In one batch I mixed also soothing Chamomile in it. Good & natural body cream - in use already & loved ❤

Herb salt, never to be missed in the kitchen for my daily home made food (rosemary, thyme & sage, with Himalayan salt) 🌿

Horseradish & Nasturtium tincture, to beat these nasty colds (successfully used last winter also!) ⚕

Sage tincture as part of a mouth wash 😄 and lots more.

In my garden I do companion planting, use nettle brew as natural fertiliser and horse manure to prep the soil over the winter. I did my permaculture planning over the winter, collect the rain water into tanks and re-use all plant waste to make composted soil.

All Organic and perhaps we can call it Biodynamic gardening as I mainly follow the moon and it's phases to plant my seeds.

One day I'll have my own chickens also 🥚🐔 ... and a bigger project perhaps??

Feeling humbled after holding space for a client in the holy land of Avalon this weekend. This man showed so much courage opening to some deep healing work in this private pilgrimage that I was blessed to guide & witness. The majestic Yew Trees were our guardians.

What stands out for me is the importance of both - the deep deep embodied grounding, DESCENDING our energy into Earth Mother in our inner (and outer) ASCENSION process. The higher we want to rise, the deeper we need to go. Through our body, deep into the core of Her.

The Divine Feminine has so many faces (or Archetypes) ...
For me it's so much more than dressing up in pretty clothes & ecstatically striving to the light ... (yes oh yes how I love to connect with the Christ Light!!) But in doing so we need to learn & practice to STAY IN OUR BODY so
💛*☆* these high frequencies *☆*💛
can be brought down to Earth. THAT'S WHERE IT'S NEEDED. That's where there is too much war. Destruction. Suffering. ...

In the process of this light alchemy we face our human shadows that come up, work through trauma - which can be most challenging on this path.

🔥

But WHY? Why going through the darkness if it would be so much easier to avoid and fly high instead?

I feel and know deep within my bones, that any amount of light work needs to be anchored here on Earth, here within our bodies. To bring healing ... to ourselves, to the Earth, to the people around us. As we transform & embody more LOVE - we spread love, peace, forgiveness.

This is not a selfish act when we give ourselves time and space to heal, to evolve, to re-connect with those fragmented parts of ourselves. To heal our broken hearts. To soothe our wounded inner child. To regulate our overwhelmed nervous systems.

It is our responsibility as a spiritual being in a human body to give ourselves what we need to maintain and improve our health & wellbeing, so we can spread our light to those around us. We ignite one another and support one another from a place of more wholeness.
To come together, to experience inner & outer union. To live & co-exist in peace.

Equinox blessings & practice 🍁🍂

When the day & night is equal length we come to a natural stillpoint between the Earth & Sun ✡

Yesterday I prepared myself with the help of the elements to bring myself into balance:

🌾 Firstly, I immersed myself into the element of EARTH by getting my hands (and knees 😃) dirty in my garden - I prepared the earth with old horse manure & planted most of my last seedlings for the autumn 🌱

🌊 After, I went for a swim into the sea to immerse myself in the element WATER. To allow the salt of the water to take from my body what is not needed, to bring electromagnetic balance.

🔥 In the evening we did a FIRE in the garden - this element burnt away any impurities that reside on a more subtle level. With sage & rosemary smoke I cleared my body.

🌄 Then I was ready to invite the 5th element of METAL this morning: through an alchemical practice (that I taught in my Circles before), I connected with the golden ray of the sun and allowed that to infuse into my body.

💛 Gold is the purest metal connected with the sun and with Sirius (Sirius holds also the blue & pure white rays too of course).

We can create Alchemy within our bodies, when we are receptive enough and with focus. Earth & Sun within. Feminine & Masculine within.

Sacred Union within 🌹

Me: Hey God.

God: Hello.....

Me: I'm falling apart. Can you put me back together?

God: I would rather not.

Me: Why?

God: Because you aren't a puzzle.

Me: What about all of the pieces of my life that are falling down onto the ground?

God: Let them stay there for a while. They fell off for a reason. Take some time and decide if you need any of those pieces back.

Me: You don't understand! I'm breaking down!

God: No - you don't understand. You are breaking through. What you are feeling are just growing pains. You are shedding the things and the people in your life that are holding you back. You aren't falling apart. You are falling into place. Relax. Take some deep breaths and allow those things you don't need anymore to fall off of you. Quit holding onto the pieces that don't fit you anymore. Let them fall off. Let them go.

Me: Once I start doing that, what will be left of me?

God: Only the very best pieces of you.

Me: I'm scared of changing.

God: I keep telling you - YOU AREN'T CHANGING!! YOU ARE BECOMING!

Me: Becoming who?

God: Becoming who I created you to be! A person of light and love and charity and hope and courage and joy and mercy and grace and compassion. I made you for more than the shallow pieces you have decided to adorn yourself with that you cling to with such greed and fear. Let those things fall off of you. I love you! Don't change! Become! Become! Become! Become who I made you to be. I'm going to keep telling you this until you remember it.

Me: There goes another piece.

God: Yep. Let it be.

Me: So...I'm not broken?

God: No - but you are breaking like the dawn. It's a new day.
Become!! Become!!

He is absolute Freedom and She is absolute Love.

Love found herself rejected by Freedom and Freedom found himself imprisoned by Love.

And Love without Freedom is attachment and Freedom without Love is escape.

They turned away from each other, both searching for Enlightenment outside their own Shadow and Pain.

And both Love and Freedom felt lonely and they didn’t feel received.

Because Love is nothing without Freedom and Freedom is nowhere without Love.

But Love needs to Dive Deep on her own and Freedom needs to Show Up for himself

To remember the Truth of who they are and connect to their own Sacred Source

And instead of Falling apart, they are Falling together

Equinox Ceremony Balancing our energy system to come into alignment with the natural state of balance of Equinox to embody Sacred Union within

We moved! This is our new view every morning - pure nature, fresh air, sound of bird songs, a water fountain in my lively neighbour's garden, green pastures, horses and sheep grazing.
.. and a blue sky this morning 💙

My soul heard the call earlier this year - and then I knew I had to do something about it.

I opened up to the call, listened to where it wants to lead me ... very soon during one of our walks the vision came through with clarity of the village it needs to be!

After many months of searching with lots of doubts, setbacks, side tracks and ruling out other paths, we finally found a place here in ❤

It was a big weekend this Samhain ... of letting go of 11 years of living in London ... of embracing the new & the unknown ... not knowing how this will work out here.

But it will. At least it is our next step. We've finally done it 🙏

I was raised in the mountains, so these gentle hills of the are a tiny little bit like that perhaps ...

As for my practice in : I will still return regularly for my lovely clients 💜 This Saturday is fully booked but you can secure your slot for the weekend after 💆‍♀️

There is one thing in life that is certain: we each are given our body to inhabit for a limited amount of time - this lifetime.

That body you and me are 'in' has the capacity to connect us with each other, AND to connect us with the DIVINE: through our beautiful HEART space ❤

In my experience it takes a few things to re-activate my heart, which for me are:

• letting my mind rest

• being present in the moment, in the here & now (no matter how pleasant or unpleasant it may feel)

• feeling into my body and all the way down & through into the Earth

• taking in the beauty around me (which is still there despite any challenges), allowing myself to be touched by nature and its 'beauty' (or sound)

• normally from that place I sense into my heart. In a moment of natural beauty or taking in sound - I feel into my heart space

💟 Like this I connect with the people around me through my heart. Suddenly THERE IS LOVE EVERYWHERE (also the pain)

When looking at the horizon I can sense the connection of heaven & earth - through my body. I can be part of bringing peace into a situation when I 🎵 SPEAK WORDS of LOVE.

And I am home. Wherever I am.

Let us make THIS a daily practice this week🙏 and see what happens

Our last night by the sea 🌹
The holy fire symbolizes renewal, ascension and of our internal Christ light that each one of us has the capacity to ignite & embody, just like the ascended master Jesus | Christ showed us.

With an open heart we can channel the through our body into our lives and meet one another in deep reverence.

Whatever each one of us is going through at this time, may we have the strength to arise from the ashes 🔥

Equinox, a time to come into balance and harmony between apparent opposites and polarities. Like with so many things we can begin with ourselves, invoking balance and harmony between the various parts of who we are. From there it can expand into the outer world.
 
Let us invoke a reset. May we all individually and collectively come into balance and harmony, wherever it is needed. May we become kind, understanding and respectful of one another, including our differences … and from there, may we actively practice love.

In our Ceremony last night we all had a powerful experience. I received embodied support, clarity and a new felt sense experience for dealing with a particular theme in my life.

We invoked a vision for the highest possible outcome and embodied the experience needed to manifest that vision in the HERE & NOW.

She had been taught for thousands of years that 'being nice' is the best quality of a woman.
She was told that only some parts of her were acceptable, & thus began the dis-empowerment, devaluing and dismembering of a woman's psyche.
She 'learnt' to become a star nice person in her world. She got rewarded for being good and punished for being bad. She started collecting medals. Her Shakti / life force was stolen.
She learnt to battle within herself everything that was not sanctioned. So she suppressed it & sadly, the 'real' woman never showed up. Occasionally, the wild feral wolf woman emerged ~ to howl at the moon, sometimes to run with her pack.
She is looking at all that was labelled 'bad, dark, ugly' in her, re-evaluating all the 'should's and should not's' and is discovering that her demons as her own denied powers, talents & longings. Even those that chase her in her dreams are perhaps her own parts wanting to re-unite.
The awakening of Shakti is the most powerful emergence on the planet today.
She is awakening in the body, heart and soul
of every single Woman AND Man
who is ready to embrace Her.
She's no longer wasting her energies being at war with her own self, & is embracing every single thing in her.
She's spring cleaning her 'programme'
and emptying the trash in her head.
She is discovering she is sacredness herself.
She is learning to be the best mother to herself now.
