This house was built on spec.
Thanks to all the subcontractors and everyone that helped on this project, delighted with the way it all turned out.

A new build we’ve recently started work on in Stenness. We made the kit and roof trusses from scratch on this one. It’s a real stunning design of a house in a breathtaking location!!

We put this one up to wind & water tight stage for the customer and then came back to do all the 2nd fix joinery. All the finishings are in red oak on this one 😍 Bryan Brodie Carly Brodie

A new build we completed the internal joiner work on recently. We were subbed in by the main contractor on this one to do all the joiner work

A new build we put up in the summer. We made the kit for this one and put up to wind and water tight stage, tiled the roof and plastic flat roof.

We are looking for a time served joiner to join our small, busy joinery team. All aspects of joinery work will be required to be undertaken to a high standard. Applicants must be enthusiastic and able to work on their own. A good rate of pay will be provided for the correct applicant.

Kit put up in Tankerness to wind & water tight stage Graham Rendall Carrie Rendall

Extension we did on the Tankerness hall last year. Steel frame fixed to the existing frame of the hall, timber frame kit clad with insulated wall and roof sheets. Cut through & double doors fitted.
Hopefully they’ll get the use of it sometime shortly 🙏 💉🎉

An extension we completed the joinery work on recently, steel work in kit & ridge to create a vaulted ceiling which gives an open feel to the space, fibre cement slates on roof and a new replacement kitchen ready for the painters and floor coverings to finish off.
