I've been a bit quiet of late. I've been looking after a grandson and I'd forgotten how much time that takes. Now I have shingles so will be taking it easy while I recover.
I'm using lavender and tea tree essential oils on the blisters as both are antiviral. It seems to help. The major problem is the neuralgia radiating round my waist from the site of the blisters.
Wish I had had the vaccine!

Something a little different today. Two of the most used ingredients are geranium essential oil and calendula oil. Today I have examples of the plants with me.

Happy Solstice! It's high summer and everything is verdant and the bees are loving it. Today I give gratitude for being part of a company that is organic and ethical. For me that really fits with my own feelings about protecting the ecosystem and the planet. Organic means no petrochemicals or other nasties in the products. That makes a huge difference to the toxic load in your body. It also means that my skin looks substantially younger than my age. All of which is great news.
