This is the best clearance we’ve achieved so far and I’m thrilled with the results & so is my client 😍

The skin is still quite red after treatment & being cooled with an koolpak but you can see that the vessels have cleared really well. Vessels usually need 3-5 sessions at 4-6 weeks apart and this was session 3 today.

With the summer (what little summer we get) coming… we’re going to see how the vessels heal & what the weathers like or we may wait until autumn to carry out another session. Some deeper redder vessels are little more stubborn & sometimes require different technology.

We can’t treat whilst pregnant, for obvious reasons, but you can start your hair removal journey as soon as your periods return as your hormones will have started to drop.

Updated results…

Before picture & second picture is tonight after 5 sessions and hasn’t shaved since I last saw her! Literally nothing coming through. We discussed tonight that after tonight’s session she may want to monitor if she gets any hair at all & we can switch to maintenance sessions rather than continuing with regular 6-8 weekly treatments.

The second picture ➡️➡️➡️was taken last time (mid January), after 4 sessions and you can see a few hairs growing on the upper part of the underarm & now there’s literally nothing.

Maintenance sessions will be different for everyone once we reach that point. Some people may need to revisit me once every 6 months, once a year or not at all. We just don’t know until we reach that point as every human body is different and a variety of factors inc hormones play a part.

Full removal of my client’s seborrheic keratosis with two sessions.

Majority of the SK was removed with the first session & the second session just removed the final bits.

1-2 sessions at 4-6 weekly intervals.

A seborrheic keratosis is a common noncancerous skin growth. People tend to get more of them as they get older. Seborrheic keratoses are usually brown, black or light tan. The growths look waxy or scaly and slightly raised.

The causes aren’t always known sometimes it can be genetic, age or too much sun exposure.

Easily treatable and virtually painless.

All suspected seborrheic keratosis will need to be either checked by a GP or screened using a screening service prior to removal. A consent form signed by your GP will also be required.

As many of my current clients may be aware, I’m due to have baby number 3 around the beginning of March.

I’m not planning on much of maternity leave, will be back to lasering as soon as I’m not waddling anymore 😂 - that’s the beauty of working from a home environment.

For clients who are currently halfway through their treatments/courses, treatments will continue as normal right up to the very last minute, and there may be a slight delay in your following treatment.

I’ll be taking a break at the very end of February & no appointments will take place throughout March. I’m hopeful that this child will be on time-ish, in which case appointments will resume around mid-end April. If I’m feeling ok, this may be sooner.

I’m still happy to take on new clients, whether it be one off treatments or starting new courses right up to this point (end of Feb), providing you are happy that there may be a period of time where your next appointment is slightly delayed. As facial laser treatments, are carried out every 4-6 weeks, and body laser treatments is every 6-8 weeks I’m hoping this won’t cause too much of a delay for you.

PCOS Hair Removal Progress… 📸

Very pleased that after several sessions of hair removal, we are seeing a great reduction in hair.

Facial hair is one of the many symptoms of PCOS & can really affect a woman’s mental well-being & confidence.

PCOS facial hair is unpredictable & you can’t control the rate of brand-new hair growth & we can’t guarantee complete clearance.

For the average client, approximately 8-12 sessions of facial hair removal is required. PCOS sufferers may require more sessions/maintenance than the average client.
