โWhen presented with disquieting thoughts or feelings, cultivate an opposite, elevated attitude. This is pratipaksha bhavanaโ Which for me means changing a negative thought into a positive.....not so easy huh!
๐ฟ Try this ~ The next time youโre finding it difficult to change a negative thought into a positive one, try taking 2-10 deep breaths and then try again. Or move around and change your point of view, literally. Look out of the window at a tree or flower.....
Pratipaksha bhavana can come in the most unusual ways and it doesnโt matter how....๐๐ฟ๐
