Hey, I know how tough things can be. I still have bad days, like today😞.
But they aren’t anything like before, when they were terrible days!
What I’m trying to say is that nothing is missing, you don’t need something else to come along to change things for you to feel better. You already have it within you 🙏.
Wee steps are key. There is no correct path to follow to get there. You were always on the right path, your path, you just fell by the wayside. It’s time to get back up on your path and be well. Do it for you💙
🏴
Health is paramount and should be your top priority in life. Do what you have to do to get yourself back on track. Recharge your battery and start looking after yourself - you are worth it 🙏
From Monday 16 May I will be sharing, in daily posts here, my journey through poor mental health. From the times when I was thinking of giving up on life, then losing everything, through to my full recovery and success in being happy and healthy.
I will be sharing tips on what helped me (and what didn’t), healthy eating, and the very best fitness routines to get you feeling and looking great.
It's time to start work on your recovery formula.
Health can and will be great again🙏
It’s now time to start doing things to improve your mental and physical health together. Minor changes like eating habits and taking some form of exercise can hugely impact how positive you feel.
Starting slowly and sticking to a daily routine of little things that made me feel positive is how it all began for me. Over time I got fitter and felt more optimistic. I kept this up, adding a little more on each day/week. Before long, I was feeling so much better, mentally and physically. I had up days and down days. We all do. That’s normal!
They say that ‘what works for some doesn’t work for all. I understand that. I know it’s hard to motivate yourself to start your journey towards recovery. I know that because I have been there myself, it is possible, and you can do it!
I will be sharing some of my journey soon, the ups and downs, the things that worked and didn't work for me. Hopefully, you will take something from it and feel motivated to get there yourself💙
🏴
💙 It’s ok not to feel ok, just remember to tell someone 🙏
This is and perhaps an opportunity for you to ask for help. I know its tough, it really is, but you can do it, and you will benefit from doing it. Take this great opportunity to make that call, send that text, google some tips for helping you feel better.

Hey, if plan A didn't work, don't fret, just move onto plan B!
If you don't have a plan B, don't fret, just get on and make one now, and make it a good one because you are totally owed it 😉.
1 year ago this week I was feeling at my very worst, struggling to cope with everything.
My mental health wasn't good, and it hadn't been for a long time. The thing I treasured most in my life gave up on me, but others stepped up and I got through. It took a whole, dreadful, year to recover but I did it. It really wasn't easy. I know and completely understand how hard it is to get yourself on your road to recovery but try to start believing you can and you will 💙 🙏
Just saying...,
health needs cake😋😁😉
