Su from will be guiding you through the ancient art of Calligraphy with a festive twist! You will be immersed in a mindful journey of working with ink and a traditional pointed pen.

You will have a stunning supply of luxury Christmas cards, wrapping paper, Christmas present tags and freshly made wax stamps, with a gorgeous choice of motifs, all lovingly made by you!

All supplies are sustainably sourced and you will get to take home the full kit in a personalised box so that you can continue your lettering journey after the workshop.

There will then be a very well earned break for delicious sweet treats of mince pies, stollen, Christmas cake accompanied by a divinely warming Glass (or two!) of mulled wine and warming refreshments.

Katie from will welcome you back to a wonderfully winter wonderland creating Christmas Wreathes together!

All Natural ingredients of Kiln dried Orange and Lime slices, Cinnamon sticks, Pine cones and Teasels - Fresh & locally gathered Spruce and Berried Ivy will be laid out ready for you.

Your Willow Wreath base, Wires, Twine and Moss are all supplied too!

Whilst inhaling the seasonal scents, Katie will guide you through the winding and entwinning process and share her knowledge and love of Winter and all the natural treasures you will be using to adorn your wreath.

We have some spaces left on our next children’s planting workshop at in Bury St Edmunds on 31st July at 10am.

When the app does good…

There’s some dark and ridiculous sides to social media.

But when it actually does the job it set out to do initially and connects you with people like - faith is restored! 👏🏻❤️

If you haven’t seen Laura’s profile, or know of her extensive charity work to raise awareness of both breast cancer and secondary cancer ( and to name a few!) I invite you to see the ways in which you can in turn support her with her journey.

Laura was diagnosed in 2014 with primary breast cancer, aged just 25. This progressed to Stage 4 incurable breast cancer by the time she was 28. Laura has since then set out to have the most amazing experiences possible and live life to the max and I’m honoured to be working alongside her on a beautiful project (coming this year!) and hopefully many more to come!☺️

She’s also a massive foodie, loves a night out and has super knowledge on where to go and places to see, not only in Norfolk, but the rest of the UK! This girl gets about 👏🏻😆

I know lots of others have told me before that instagram has connected them with people they wouldn’t have ordinarily met - let’s remember that and go back to using the app for meaningful connections, community over competition and supporting one another 💪🏻❤️

I got a message from a good friend telling me all about 🔭🧪 - an immersive experience with chemistry, physics and interactive experiments in Norwich.

Even better, she sent over these fab pics of her daughter, the lovely Matilda, enjoying all of the different areas!

There’s a large collection of minerals, fossils, bugs and shells ‘helping us to discover the wonders of our planet’ as well as an interactive human body section and loads more! 👩🏼‍🔬

There’s a cafe too! ☕️ Always a good thing!

West Stow Country Park and Lackford Lakes🌿

I was so impressed with the play area and the surroundings of West Stow Country Park. there’s some really good trails and educational activities to do there as well.

Unfortunately, on the day that we visited, the café wasn’t open due to staff shortage, so I’m not too sure what that’s like but it looked nice from the outside! There’s plenty of picnic benches too so you can set up and watch the kids play!

There’s just so much space for the kids to run around and be free which is the main appeal for us. Lots of people on bikes and a few people running so it felt really family friendly and inclusive!

Because the café wasn’t open, we went over to a nearby place called Lackford Lakes (5 mins down the road!) The café had cakes and scones and small lunch options with ice creams as well. The boys enjoyed birdwatching with the binoculars that were left out!

There’s a small park there as well. We didn’t have too much time to wander around, so we definitely make a point of heading back and at the end of this post is a list of upcoming events that might interest you too!
