Here we go through a ''finisher'' of the workout, to finish off her glutes with both heel landing walking lunges and abductor ! THIS IS AN AMAZING WAY to grow both your glutes and legs! Lunges are very unappreciated!

IT CAN BE DONE, Flexible dieting, including pancakes, pikelets, cereal, chocolate and the occasional alcohol big Mike worked harder than alot of people i've ever trained, Im excited to see what he can bring in the future!
What's better than getting a tan and being ripped in 6 weeks? How did we do it? sunbeds? YES , but.. We worked hard, Cardio 3 times per week, Nutrition sorted by me, Training 4 times per week, we gave Shaun 2 cheat meals per week! and this was the end result! So happy to call him a client and a friend! WHOSE NEXT?
Meg is only 6 weeks, WEIGHT exactly the same, we gained muscle, grew her glutes and legs, got ab outlines and worked hard! she loved a cheat meal but we definitely worked for it!
