By popular demand here is a Thursday Teddy bear. This one was a commission, made to celebrate a birth. His father is a huge Sheffield Wednesday fan, so this is the outfit they chose for the bear to be dressed in.
Outfits and costumes can be made to order, so every life moment can be marked, or maybe on the occasion of each birthday?
Favourite character from a book, first day of school, becoming a Cub/Scout, special holiday, Prom, Graduating University/College - the list is endless.

So ..... this is our last Thursday of clapping for all our key workers.
I would like to introduce Mr Ted Ucator and his two of his pupils.

Another Thursday at Teddy Towers ..... so time for another Thank you Bear.
Please meet Frank!
Frank and all his colleagues have worked throughout to keep letters and parcels moving.
So thank you to all the people who are out day and night, sorting and delivering to us whilst we stay safe at home.

The collective noun for a group of bears is a sleuth - which really appeals to me bearing in mind (see what I did there?) my previous profession!

I apologise for the sleuth of bears that have come your way over the last few days - but I could not let today pass without paying a small tribute in some way.

Thank you to all the WW veterans - I salute you ! 🧸

As promised here is this evenings hero bear - Cliff Rescue.

Teddy Towers is based on a small island, and the Coastguards have been patrolling the beaches and coastline in addition to the rescues and searches they have been involved with.

So here’s a shout out to all those who continue to look after us all living by the coast. 🧸

I hope we’re all having a good week so far 😊 on my personal Facebook for the last 4 weeks; I have made hero teddies which are styled after one of the fabulous key workers out there!

I wanted to share the 4 I had already made of a Policeman, Nurse, Paramedic and Doctor and tonight I will be releasing another which has been in the making all week, so keep your eyes peeled! 🧸

This bear was created as a gift for Hon Colonel Tom Moore for his 100th birthday, and has been received greatly and made a couple of shots on TV including this one from BBC this evening with the man himself and Michael Ball 😄

This bear was definitely made with love from us at Teds and Threads! 🧸

As you all saw this morning I shared a post about a bear I made which appeared on BBC Breakfast!
The local paper got in touch a couple of days ago about some other bears I have made of frontline workers, which will be raffled off soon to raise money for local NHS and hospices, so watch this space! 🧸
