3 quick 'grow together' relationship games:
1. Give 1 gratitude for each other
2. Give each other 1 affirmation starting with 'you are' (amazing, kind, loved etc)
3. Tell each other 1 value you hold and how your partner meets that value!

How about a few really quick ways to change your current emotional state?
đ§đœââïžchange your physical state - if youâre sitting, stand up, if youâre standing, walk, if youâre standing kneel down. Change your position and change the feeling
đșđŒdance - itâs really hard not to feel good vibes when youâre dancing or moving with purpose!
đđ»ââïž take some time for you, even 5 minutes of self-care will make an incredible difference
đđżââïž go to a mirror and think how someone happy (or whatâs ever emotions you want to shift too) looks and mimicking this. Things like standing tall, smiling, breathing slowly and deeply, lowering shoulders and keeping your chin up make you feel more positive
đ smile - just do it when you donât feel great and itâll improve everything!
đ« breath - try box breathing (4 in, pause for 4, 4 out, pause for 4) to keep your body in a steady emotional space
đŁ tell someone you care about how you feel and why - sharing tough thoughts always feels better!
Self-love is the best kind of love. Remember to treat yourself with kindness and embrace your uniqueness! đ
What makes you unique? Find one thing and celebrate it!!!
đ "Today's mantra: 'I am worthy, I am deserving, and I am enough.' Say it loud and proud! In fact - film yourself doing this. Psychological studies show we see our true selves on film!! You all have phones right!?
đ Dive into self-discovery! Explore your passions, interests, and quirks. There's so much to love about yourself! đ”ïžââïž

Why not take 20 minutes today to:
have a bath đ

Just do something for YOU!!! Never forget, your most important relationship is with yourself! â€ïž
Tip #10:Set healthy boundaries: Establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries is an important aspect of self-love. It involves recognizing your limits and communicating them assertively to others. Learn to say "no" when necessary!
Tip #9: change your physical state if youâre feeling self hate. Sitting down? Stand up. Standing up? Kneel down. Just change the movement to change the mood!!
Tip #8; write yourself a love letter. Youâd do it for the love of your life - make that you. Youâll feel incredible listing all the things you love about yourself. Read it every night before bed and change how you feel about yourself!!!
Tip # 7: when that inner voice talks to you, think of the person you love most in this world and ask yourself âwould I say that to themâ. If the answers ânoâ then change what youâre saying to yourself and say what youâd say to them!
Tip #6: Do you know who you are? Write down all the things that make up your identity; the groups you are in, your relationships, your values, beliefs etc. Make a map of who you are and celebrate it.
Tip #5: Be grateful. Be grateful for yourself. Say aloud âI am grateful forâŠâ and note 3 things about yourself that you love, are glad happened or are glad you did!!

Tip #4: Stop Settling. Look at the key areas of your life and really identify where youâve been settling. Set new standards, Stop settling, make the change!
Tip # 3: Replace âsorryâ with âthank youâ. Stop apologising for everything in life. You can still be humble and considerate but instead of âsorry Iâm lateâ try âthank you for waitingâ. Thereâs a place for âsorryâ, every single sentence isnât that place.
