How about a few really quick ways to change your current emotional state?

đŸ§đŸœâ€â™‚ïžchange your physical state - if you’re sitting, stand up, if you’re standing, walk, if you’re standing kneel down. Change your position and change the feeling

đŸ•șđŸŒdance - it’s really hard not to feel good vibes when you’re dancing or moving with purpose!

đŸ’†đŸ»â€â™‚ïž take some time for you, even 5 minutes of self-care will make an incredible difference

đŸ™đŸżâ€â™‚ïž go to a mirror and think how someone happy (or what’s ever emotions you want to shift too) looks and mimicking this. Things like standing tall, smiling, breathing slowly and deeply, lowering shoulders and keeping your chin up make you feel more positive

😀 smile - just do it when you don’t feel great and it’ll improve everything!

đŸ« breath - try box breathing (4 in, pause for 4, 4 out, pause for 4) to keep your body in a steady emotional space

🗣 tell someone you care about how you feel and why - sharing tough thoughts always feels better!

Tip # 7: when that inner voice talks to you, think of the person you love most in this world and ask yourself ‘would I say that to them’. If the answers ‘no’ then change what you’re saying to yourself and say what you’d say to them!

Tip #6: Do you know who you are? Write down all the things that make up your identity; the groups you are in, your relationships, your values, beliefs etc. Make a map of who you are and celebrate it.

❀ To go on a life journey with us at The Growth Gym it will cost ÂŁ499 - ÂŁ1000 but we would love to offer the first module which compromises of over 20 lessons with tools and exercises for you to put the theory into practice for ÂŁ10. You will also have access to a monthly webinar with both Dan and Sarah and a one to one coaching session at the end to help take everything you’ve learned and implement what it looks like for your life and the life you want to create for yourself.

đŸ€— We will donate your ÂŁ10 to Ty Hafan Children’s Hospice or a charity of your choice. All that we ask is that you commit to the programme and at the end you join us for a 30 minute discussion so we can hear your feedback! It’s also a well known psychological fact that you will personally commit to something significantly more if you invest money. It’s also great to get used to investing in yourself!

💖 It’s human nature to seek out love and connection but sometimes it becomes hard work going on date after date, meeting people who aren’t what they say, people who let you down or just people you don’t feel that connection with. Most of us are unsure about what it is we’re looking for beyond someone who treats us right. How much thought do we put into what our soulmate looks like to us and what kind of person do we need to become to attract them? Tip # 3: Replace ‘sorry’ with ‘thank you’. Stop apologising for everything in life. You can still be humble and considerate but instead of ‘sorry I’m late’ try ‘thank you for waiting’. There’s a place for ‘sorry’, every single sentence isn’t that place.
