Here's one simple wellbeing indulgence you can practice to refill your cup: take an Epsom salt bath.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
An Epsom salt bath will help you to relax and unwind. Not only is the water soothing on your skin, it’s also a great way of absorbing Magnesium—one of your key minerals.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Toxins are also drawn out during an Epsom salt bath—particularly helpful at this time of year 😉
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Practice deep breathing in the bath, and imagine any concerns or negative energy melting away as you breathe out.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Try to keep the lighting low and ambient—we love to add candles to the room.

Aim to take your bath at least two hours before bedtime to allow your body time to cool down before you head to bed, ready for a restful night’s sleep.
