Top 3 reasons why people give up on their training:

1. You have no specific plan or structure to your training. Poor planning leads to poor results and no longevity 📈

2. Your training is boring or doesn’t suit you as a person. Training in a way in which you prefer and can maintain will be more efficient than using an online plan that is the most ‘scientific’ way to get the result you want! You need to enjoy it🙌

3. Over programming making it completely unrealistic! Your training should be created around your personal lifestyle. It should be a priority but not an amount that will burn you out🚀

Struggling with your nutrition?

⚡️Try these 3 ways to get your nutrition on point⚡️

🍽 Prep your meals for 3/4 days in advance so these are regularly available! This will stop you from grabbing the easy, unhealthy lunch or tea option when nothing is cooked.

⚖️ Weigh and track all your meal prepped food. This will help you stay within your calorie/macro target through the day/week and will help you achieve your fitness goal much sooner!

🍗 Find healthy foods that you enjoy! Meal prepping food you hate is not maintainable so find good food choices that you enjoy and that help you hit your macro targets. This includes good sources of proteins, carbohydrates and fats!

Nutrition is the most important aspect of your health and fitness and will be important in whatever goal you have. If you feel like you are struggling with any of these points, drop me a DM👌
