Chicken Rescue UK - Basingstoke North/East
Chicken Rescue UK CIC, not for profit organisation committed to changing the lives of commercial hens
Can anyone help?
Trying to rehome these two. I took them in as a foster 3 weeks ago but the frizzle now identifies as a roo. Heβs 12 weeks old. The hen is 4 years old and is his hatch mum but not biological mum. Theyβre still very bonded and she cuddles him at night. But being a roo Iβm not allowed to keep him.
Based in Lychpit, Basingstoke.
Please share to find these two a new π‘

Anyone lost one of their flock? Hook/Greywell area I believe.
Our next rehome is Saturday 3rd June!

We've changed our page name to be more specific on our area!
We cover the Basingstoke area to the North and East. Our exact collection location will depend on the TOTAL number of hens reserved for each rehome date.... large rehomes will be run from the RG19 area (Ashford Hill) where we have capacity to hold up to 150 hens and plenty of parking space for rehomers, but if total reservations are less than 30 hens, we will rehome from RG24 (Basing). The exact collection address will be notified to rehomers a few days before collection date. Feel free to contact us with any queries.
Next rehome date to be confirmed soon, follow this page for updates!
