Primary school Area Athletics today we are ready to welcome 28 primary schools with over 900 children participating.

11/06/2024

Please find attached the programme for Area Athletics on Thursday 13th June 2024 at Saffron Lane.
The event is a big event and the aim is for students to enjoy a fun and safe event, however we must make Parents and Spectators aware that due to the size of the event there are a few limitations on the Spectator experience.
Firstly we have 28 Schools attending and they will be located in the sheltered part of the stand.
Parents and spectators will be in the unsheltered part of the standand we cannot guarantee a seat and the view is not the best. Parents will not be allowed anywhere elsein the finish line area or the Schools Area.
Also we have a number of students who for safeguarding reasons cannot be filmed or photographed
A small amount of parking is available at the stadium however there is more parking at Freemand Common so please can you advise parents to park away from the stadium as this will clog up and delay the buses so we advise parents to park there which is a 15 minute walk away as often it takes this long to get out.
Kind Regards
HBSSPAN
