Today we fitted a smart lock near Botany Bay. This property is going to be an AirBnB, the guests now will get a personalised code to gain access for keyless entry!

In Ramsgate for this faulty window lock. The lock in the handle was jammed and was stopping the customer from opening the window. We attended replaced the window locking handle and now works perfectly!

Today we visited . Their lock failed meaning they couldn’t get it! We gained entry and installed a new lock. Sadly it was too early for a pint, but the coffee was amazing! Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Broadstairs.

We visited this property in Minster. The door mechanism had failed and was jammed shut. We got the door open, serviced the mechanism and installed a new lock. Now it works perfectly!

Jammed back door in Birchington, this customers door wouldn’t open and Bertie the dog couldn’t go in the garden. We got the door open and replaced the faulty parts. Now the door works perfectly!

Lockout Completed in Ramsgate. This customer shut the door with her keys inside. We gained entry without any damage to the door or lock. The customer didn’t need a new lock and kept the same keys! 🔑

This Air BnB had a broken lock. It was replaced recently with a cheap, non branded cylinder that had fallen apart and wouldn’t work. We gained entry and replaced the faulty lock! 🔑

In Ramsgate on another job. This back door had a failed mechanism and wouldn’t open. We got the door open, serviced the mechanism and now it’s back working again! 🚪

Another jammed back door in Ramsgate. This customer tried everything to get the door open but had no luck. Luckily we got it open, diagnosed the issue and supplied a new gear box to get it going again!

This morning we were in Garlinge. This customer snapped the wrong key in the front door lock. We managed to extract the broken piece and now the locks back working again!

In Birchington to install this new mechanism on a composite door. The customer was having trouble unlocking and locking the door due to a failed mechanism. Now it operates perfectly!

Another lockout completed today at this flat in Cliftonville, Margate. This customer took their dog for a walk but forgot his keys. We got him back in without any damage, so he can keep the same lock and keys.

Lockout completed in Ramsgate. This customer had left the key inside and shut the door. We gained access to house without any damage so the customer could use the same key! 🔑

In Ramsgate for this customer with a door that wouldn’t lock. This tilt and slide conservatory door had a faulty mechanism. We replaced the faulty parts and now this locks perfectly!

At Westwood cross for a customer who got lockout out. We gained access via the back door and fitted a new lock for her. 5 keys provided so plenty of spares!

Another lockout in Margate. This customer lost their key whilst out by the beach. We gained access without any damage but still changed the locks to give the customer peace of mind.

In Ramsgate where this coded gate lock failed. Although the air BnB guests had the right code the mechanism had failed. We gained entry without damaging the lock or gate and got them in to start their holiday!

Back in Margate for another lockout. This couple both thought the other had a key! We gained access without any damage and reunited them with their keys! 🔑

In Ramsgate to fit a new lock to this conservatory door. This customer had never had a key to this door. We gained entry, serviced the mechanism and supplied the customer with 5 new keys! 🔑
