Was 64kg.... Now 82kg! π¨π¨π¨
I met Max at a job I was working part time a couple of years ago.
Max & I both got on really well, he was massively into kickboxing with a ton of knowledge and experience.
Me being a PT and we became good pals pretty quick. π
Max offered to teach me kickboxing. In exchange I'd show him how to bodybuild, lift correctly and structure his sessions. π€
In two years. Max has made this insane progress... π
Not only has he gained 18kg... He also joined the 100kg bench club a few months back π
Thanks for all the fun, tough sessions mate and teaching me the ropes of kickboxing. I wouldn't be where I am with combat sports if it wasn't for you! π

Very challenging hills and the first bit of sun I've seen all year.
I definitely didn't wear the right gear for the heat π₯΅

Second race - 5 mile Road. RAS DYFFRYN CLEDLYN hosted by πͺ
Absolutely loved this race. Pins were definitely knackered from the day before, and the hour HYROX AMRAP we did before the race π
Despite how we felt, we all flew this race. One of my best 5 mile times and managed to finish in the top 30. π

15k SW Tough Mudder π₯
Team Sloggins smashed the 15k Tough Mudder today. Loads of fun obstacles and challenges, non fazed us tho π.
Apart from the electric shocks, they fu***ng hurt πβ‘
My personal favourite was the arctic e***a π Lovely ice plunge, to remove some of the mud & dirt off us π¦
Definitely recommend going & having a go at one of these challenges! We all loved it. β€οΈ

I believe Ty Hafan is a beautiful charity. They work within our local community to help children with life shortening conditions.
They provide support, care and comfort for the children and their families.
