NAS Employment Online Branch
NAS Employment Online Branch. For autistic people and their families to find employment guidance.
The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. All autistic people are welcome, but under 16 year olds must be supervised by an adult, and people that need more support can bring their support carer with them. If you have any questions or concerns please message us or, if you’d prefer, email us at employment.onlinebra
The NAS Employment Online Branch is currently dormant and not responding to messages or comments, due to a lack of volunteers. If you'd be interested in volunteering with us please email [email protected].

What are Disability Confident employers?🤨
One quick way to identify which employers are positive about inclusivity and accessibility for disabled people is to look for the ‘Disability Confident’ accreditation.
Disability Confident is a government scheme that encourages organisations to take extra steps to incorporate inclusive practices for disabled people in the workplace.
There are three different levels of the scheme known as ‘committed’, ‘employer’, and ‘leader.’ Organisations at the higher levels such as ‘leader’ are proactively recruiting and supporting disabled workers.
Employers that have signed up to the Disability Confident scheme This document lists the employers that have signed up to the Disability Confident scheme, and their status (committed, employer or leader).
