The team have been working super hard on a full refurbishment of the interior of the house and parts of the exterior too - it’s a big project, but nothing that the Serve team cannot handle! 💪🏻

We can’t wait to see the end result, which is predicted to be in as little as 4-5 weeks! 💫

Some beautiful floor-work completed by the Serve Property team for Hevingham Village Hall.

The hall floor was in need of some general repairs due to wear and tear, which was then finished off with a shiny gloss and varnish.

This client called to report that a window had fallen at their property, which happened to be down to damaged hinges which required replacement.

With a little bit of teamwork, the client now has a working window!

It's the small touches that really make a house a home!

This front porch was in need of a little TLC by the Serve team.

After fixing up the loose tiles on the front step, the team then sanded down and prepped the porch, then finished it off with a fresh, white gloss to bring it back to life.

A very relieved client thanks to the Serve team!

The client had previously dealt with numerous contractors who were unable to find the source the leak at their property.

The team attended and located a misfitted elbow behind the electric shower, which involved cutting a hole in the cupboard behind to access the pipework and fit a new isolation valve and elbow and then refitting the shower.

On top of the pipework, the team then fitted a small cupboard meaning that moving forwards there will be much easier access to the isolation valve!

Another job complete for a property based in Norwich.

The team removed the previous shower enclosure, replaced it and re-sealed with a new fitting.

The team attended this property in Norwich following reports of a leak seeping through from behind the bathroom tiles through to the kitchen causing the flooring to lift.

Following the work, the bathroom tiles were removed and replaced with beautiful light grey splash back panels, as well as vinyl flooring in the kitchen which was carefully matched by our professionals to compliment the current units and fittings, then repainting the walls.

I think you'll agree the lads have done a sterling job!
