We are urgently looking for Mobile Home Care workers in the Rickmansworth, Watford and St. Albans areas with immediate start, subject to satisfactory DBS and work references.

We are looking for both experienced and potential care workers. Full training is given.

The role and responsibility of a care worker:

As domiciliary care worker, you’ll care and support our customers in their own home in a variety of ways, based on their individual circumstances. You’ll provide companionship, personal care, assist with medication, meal preparation, shopping and light domestic duties.It is very important that you know and understand the customer/service user's want and need, helping them to complete their daily task that they would otherwise unable to achieve. This will enable them to continue to live an independent life in their own homes. Carers must listen, understand and treat our customers/service users with dignity, respect, compassion, developing relationships based on trust, honesty and reassurance.

The Shifts: 7am to 2pm & 4pm to 10.30pm, Monday to Sunday and alternate weekends. One day off during the week.

Evening or Morning or Weekends Only shifts are possible as we are very flexible and like to support staff and maintain working time directives.
