Thaddeus is learning to communicate to his dad using messenger this time.

We have been teaching him all about it. Learn to call, text, message mum and dad for now.

I told him what to say to daddy so he wrote everything and wanted to GIF it. I did not even know I can do this to messages. How clever!

Different, Not Less

Our kuya Thaddeus and the rest of Year 6 pupils are going on a school trip to France at the end of the month.

This is what’s keeping me busy nowadays. Preparing his luggage, communicating a lot with his teachers about what he needs, sorting out his travel insurance and so on. In fact, I am not done with his luggage but at least I have started packing.

Chris doesn’t want him to go as this will be the first time he is away from us going on a different country on his own. But Thaddeus wants to go. He keeps talking about France. He even did his own social story going to France with his teacher.
So I will let him go and trust everything will be okay. 🙏He has a good support from school. I hope he will enjoy this trip.

Emergency Dentist Appointment today ✅ Thank God there is no infection on his tooth and will not need antibiotic for now. He will see another Dentist in 2 weeks!

Text ni Thaddeus sa akin kaninang umaga. Sya lahat nag text. Sinabi lang ng daddy nya kung ano dapat i text sa akin. Ayaw nya ng fanta mamaya. Gusto nya uminom ng pepsi lime (yung nakita nya last Sunday). Di nya talaga nakalimutan 😂

Di pa talaga masyado marunong pero alam ko matutunan din nya pag praktis ng praktis.

Thoughts for today.

Thank you Lord for keeping me going. The amount of emails and meetings I am going through this week is a lot. It is doing my head in.

I have cried a lot but I hope and pray that I am not going to do that anymore.

Secondary transition for Thaddeus has been a big stress for me since last year but thank God I am here writing this post.

This was last Sunday. Matthew does not want to come with us as he wants to play with his friend.

We went to the park for an ice cream.🍦

That time of the year when they have their sibling and individual photo. I always buy them from the very start. I love photos.

This year is special coz it is their last sibling photo as our kuya Thaddeus will be going to secondary school in September.

Our boys have grown.

Durdle Door is on my bucket list ✅ and I am glad that I have seen this beauty with the boys ❤️

It took more than 3 hours from London Waterloo to Durdle Door by train, bus, hike. It was a long and difficult one but as soon as I have seen this place, I said to myself it was worth it 😍

The boys had the best time too. They were both very fast in walking. Thaddeus loves going out and seeing places like mum 😃

Today’s haircut was done by daddy Chris. We don’t go to barber shop. Thaddeus can not tolerate them. He has sensory issues. So Chris started cutting the boys hair at home. The good thing about it is we are saving a lot of money £££ and we can do it anytime. Thaddeus wants to have his hair cut once a month. Thanks daddy Chris 👏

I am very proud Thaddeus ate his ice cream yay! This is for the record . He rarely tries new food let alone eat it.
