I would just like to say Thankyou so much for all your support and patience these past few months have been a very challenging and difficult time for myself and sadly I had to put a hold on mono&co whilst I dealt with some personal issues.

I hold my hands up and I’m sorry, I understand that it hasn’t been the best few months and that extending our turnaround to catch up caused a few complications and that some things haven’t been dealt with as professionally as they should have been, but I am only human and it’s a one man band.

I can’t apologise enough to those that was effected with the delays.

BUT I can now say that all outstanding orders are complete and will be posted in the morning.

Meaning I can now focus on building the new website ready for when we reopen, and working on bringing everything together ready for a fresh start. At present I do not have a date for when we reopen due to moving home and will be having a new workshop/office set up ready for when we open.

As much as I would love to reopen I need to ensure that I can keep within my turn around and keep on a professional basis and right now it’s not the right time, I want to ensure you have the best experience when shopping with us so I’m going to take a little more time to make sure it’s perfect for you all.

There will however be a few changes to how we run things at mono&co and new terms and conditions which I will be releasing soon so you can familiarise yourself with these.

I want to ensure I can keep to a small turnaround and be able to give you a high quality service where I am not over run with too many orders, so I will be doing limited stock/slots and also pre-made items.

In the mean time I will be doing small limited offers so that you don’t miss out! This won’t be a regular thing but will be every now and then and I will close the website once I reach the threshold.

These will be limited to ensure that I can get them out to you within a 7 day turn around.

Honestly I’m so grateful for those that have continued to support me and stick by me through such a difficult time.. Thankyou much!

It’s been a while but I can assure you I’ve been working so hard behind the scenes to ensure I get all your outstanding orders processed and dispatched!

The good news is GOLDEN BOXES are starting to be dispatched with half going out today 💃🏻

Lots of orders are being dispatched as we speak, and will be continuing to dispatch orders through out the week.

It’s been a hard few weeks and I can’t apologise enough for having to extend our turn around but we can see the end which is great.
