🦋Logierait Primary School and Nursery parents want to develop the school grounds for all of the community to enjoy. Young and old 😉🦋

🦋Think ponds, bike track, vegetable patches ( vegetables can go straight to community) and so much more! 🦋

🦋The school has 23 kids and 9 nursery children ( nursery only just opened and already full with a waiting list ✨) but it has so much grounds that need developed.

🦋The school fought to stay open and I am so grateful to all those parents who did as my kids love it and have thrived.

🦋We need your help. We are working hard to build funds to make all of this happen not only for our school children but the children in Ballinluig itself so they can enjoy the grounds when it's school holidays.

🧡I took time last night to ease my muscles in a bath with one of my favourites, Weleda Arnica Muscle soak and some Epsom salts.

🧡Soothing my body whilst relaxing my mind. I love this selfcare practice but don't often get time to indulge. Mention the word bath in my house and the boys are all there... For now.

Kids are back at school & nursery so I got to take the beautiful Breagha for a walk.

I talked to the universe and I connected with the trees. I hugged a tree or two 😜 and I filled my cup up even with the lungs burning a wee bit going up the hill.

I was dreaming of the day I can get a dog again. I left Fergie in NZ with the most amazing guy to look after him and I have had a part of me missing since. Life doesn't feel quite complete without him, without a dog.

One day everything will align and I will get a dog again. Can't wait.

I love this stuff and I love arnica. I may have forgotten a few things at home but I didn't forget this.

Used my Arnica Massage Balm to help ease aching muscles. After skiing we have used this on legs. It was definitely needed.

Don't get me wrong not me! After breaking my leg 11 years ago I don't think I will ever be able to ski again.

Just a pity there is no bath as my Arnica muscles soak is missing a bath but luckily can do a foot soak Bliss.

Lots of walking, skiing, fresh air and I must admit not stuffing our faces. Love half terms 😍
