But I thought I’d address why we get these pockets of fat in this area in the first place…. Genetics 🧬 yes those pesky genetics play a part as does the fact we’re female.

estrogen in females triggers the accumulation of fat around the abdominal region along with the thigh area.. Great!

But there is ways to reduce fat in this area.

Exercise 👊🏼

The best exercises to reduce those saddle bags are activities like running, walking and lower body resistance training like squats

Hormone Check 🔍

Hormone imbalances can also lead to fat accumulation around these areas. Contraception medications, perimenopause and menopause as well as pregnancy can all have an effect so it’s worth checking there are no imbalances

My fabulous client wasn’t happy with the look of her legs and hip area and had always struggled with them.

A course of our Thigh Sculpt treatment was undertaken with extra Radio Frequency skin tightening to really target cellulite and the overall skin tone and texture.

I’ve had quite a few new followers and I’ve not introduced myself for ages.

This is me (sorry it’s the latest photo I’ve got of me where I look half decent 😂)

I’m Steph and I’m the face behind Sculpt & Shape

I help ladies look and feel their best, that’s it!

With a background in beauty I retrained in 2020 in non invasive body contouring and have become a specialist in my field.

Since opening Sculpt and Shape in early 2021 I have also introduced a range of advanced facials and more recently Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage.

When I’m not busy with clients and everything that goes on behind the scenes with running a business I’m a mum of two young girls and wife to my husband Jack.

I’m a bit of a gym bunny and have become a runner and have bored many clients with my running chat! Big shout out to those that had to endure my endless marathon training chat 😂

I’ve always got a funny story to tell and I’m amazing and advice and we all know “what’s said in the salon, stays in the salon”
