🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE 🚨

We've been a little quiet on here lately... and it's time to explain why.

It is with heavy hearts that we have made the decision to close down Root to Market. While it served a great purpose during the pandemic, acting as a lifeline for both our amazing producers and Fhior it is time for us to put our energy back into the restaurant.

As we have stock leftover in our warehouse and will soon be leaving the premises, we will be offering discounted rates across everything on the site. We would hate to see any of it going to waste and would like this to be a recognition of all of your support.

The discount will be running from 12 noon 🌟 Tuesday 18th January - Friday 21st January 🌟

We will be posting over the next week to remind you of this.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your ongoing, unwavering support over the last couple of years. We could not have done what we did without you and will forever be grateful for that.

📸 Crab Apple Jelly made in the Fhior kitchen from foraged Scottish crab apples. This lightly spiced jelly balances tartness and sweetness and is a great local alternative to cranberry sauce.
