Huge difference that doesn't cost the earth. Front and back room install. Stove and beam's supplied by Cast Fire's in Heanor. Hearth's from Gem stone in Little Eaton.

Few jobs from yesterday. Make sure you have your fire's checked. Any gas fitter who doesn't remove the gas fire when servicing is NOT doing the job properly. Customer with the bird nest in the flue had the fire serviced every year but fire was never removed. Flue full from top to bottom with sticks. Back today to fit a cowl.

Swept and left by another local chimney sweep. Customer was worried that the fire was still smoking back. Full of soot and damaged/failed flue liner dropping down the flue and that's without me even sweeping it.

Guess what this is people.

No need for a cowl.

Hi everyone could you please share this post.

I had two guy's turn up to my house yesterday (Sunday the 15th of November) in a grey ford connect. One of the guy's came on to my drive and stood next to my van while the other tried to take a photo of him next to it. My partner saw this happen and asked what are you doing? The guy taking the photo said oh I just wanted the number off the van and continued to say to the other stand next to the van. The guy on the drive said just leave it and walked off and got back into the van slowly followed by the other who said his friend had just been sacked by another chimney sweep. The only thing I can think they are doing is trying to make out they work or worked for me. I have never had anyone work for my company it's always been just me so if you hear of anyone saying they do or did please let me know. I have the reg plate of the vehicle and we have informed the police who have said the plate and van check out as a company from the Derbyshire area but of course they won't tell me who.

As from Tuesday the 26th of May I will be returning to work. I will be taking additional steps to help keep myself and of course my customer safe against COVID-19. I have uploaded a Guidance form for anyone who wants a bit more info on how to stay safe when allowing me into your home.

I'll be offering FREE chimney sweeping or fire service till the end of the year to anyone who works for the NHS in the DE56 area as a thank you and a discount price of £30 (normally £45) to anyone also in the DE56 area to try and help people out in this difficult time. I cover all area's and would love to offer a free service to everyone but I do have a roof to keep over my own head.
