Whilst I absolutely love teaching these classes, I’ve decided to shelve the classes for the summer and resume in the autumn.
I’m going to go away and rethink and re-market classes because it’s a lot of effort at the moment for little return.
No one’s fault at all, but summer last year I had to cancel so many classes, which is fair enough! We all want to be out in the sun! ☀️
I hope you’ll all join me in the autumn, but I will relaunch as a new brand so I’ll keep this page and keep you updated 🙂

This is a HIGH ENERGY dance number, but accessible to all abilities.
I offer a variety of moves catering to different levels of fitness. Even I have to amend what I am doing sometimes too. Our bodies are all different ❤️

As of this now, classes will be changing from Tuesdays to Thursdays as the new regular slot.
Class is 6:00pm - 6:45pm at Horsham Youth Club, Horsham (the same venue!).
The last Tuesday class was yesterday on the 30th May, so the next available class will be on Thursday 8th June.

Once a week, committing 45 minutes to yourself is so achievable. If you came to class every week for 1 month, 3 months, or 6, where do you see yourself then?
Changes happen inside first, then they make an appearance on the outside. In order to see a difference on the outside, we need to feel a difference on the inside.
Memberships are now £20 a month which makes each class around £5, that's so achievable when you want to commit to your fitness goals.

🌱It's Mental Health Awareness Week 🌱
Such an important week of awareness to check in with ourselves mentally and internally.
Physical and Mental well-being go hand in hand, and whilst we look at our physical well-being as part of classes, I include a short breathwork session in class (only 5 mins) to check in on our mental well-being.
5 minutes to stop and do something small (like drink a hot drink, meditate, tune into your breathing), and let go of all the busy thoughts, is so beneficial!
I created a YouTube channel a couple of years ago where I share videos on various topics in mental health, mindfulness, and looking after our mental health.
